I am the president of students union of Beijing University. And on behalf of the student union, I am writing to invite you to attend the graduation ceremony to be held in the conference hall on July 6th.
The ceremony will last 2 hours from 15:00 to 17:00, and the activities include opening ceremony, speeches, and certificate awarding ceremony. The president, Professor Wang will preside over the activity and he will deliver a speech on the topic of Opportunity and Responsibility of Young Generation. Free dinner will be arranged in the Friendship Restaurant at 17:30 and each expert will be offered a ticket of the graduate party to be held in the conference hall at 19：00.
