江蘇省中科院植物研究所(南京中山植物園)是江蘇省與中國科學(xué)院的共建的綜合性植物科學(xué)研究機(jī)構(gòu),坐落于南京鐘山風(fēng)景區(qū)內(nèi),為我國中、北亞熱帶植物研究中心之一,是江蘇省植物學(xué)會掛靠單位,是中國植物園聯(lián)盟主要組成單位之一,是國際植物園協(xié)會、國際植物園保護(hù)聯(lián)盟、中國科學(xué)院植物園工作委員會、中國生物多樣性保護(hù)與綠色發(fā)展基金會的會員單位,與60多個國家600多個單位保持著種苗、標(biāo)本和圖書資料的互換關(guān)系。

研究所圍繞植物資源保護(hù)與利用、植物科技創(chuàng)新與服務(wù)、植物文化傳播與教育定位,重點(diǎn)開展珍稀瀕危植物保護(hù)與繁育,以及重要經(jīng)濟(jì)植物品種創(chuàng)新、高效利用及示范推廣等工作。“十三五”期間所(園)堅(jiān)持特色立所、創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動、人才強(qiáng)所、開放辦所、融合發(fā)展的理念,以需求導(dǎo)向、問題導(dǎo)向和創(chuàng)新導(dǎo)向?yàn)橹c(diǎn),致力建設(shè)國內(nèi)一流、國際有重要影響力的植物所(園),為“強(qiáng)富美高”新江蘇建設(shè)做出新貢獻(xiàn)。現(xiàn)向海內(nèi)外誠聘杰出人才,現(xiàn)就有關(guān)事項(xiàng)公告如下:
一、招聘條件

2.招聘要求
年齡45周歲及以下,身體健康,在海外著名高校取得博士學(xué)位,具有正高級專業(yè)技術(shù)職務(wù),具有較深的學(xué)術(shù)造詣、強(qiáng)烈的事業(yè)心和責(zé)任感,具有良好的個人品質(zhì)、敬業(yè)精神、創(chuàng)新意識和團(tuán)隊(duì)精神,能夠帶領(lǐng)學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì)開展重大科技創(chuàng)新工作,且符合下列條件之一者:
(1)中組部"青年千人計(jì)劃"入選專家或具有相當(dāng)水平者;
(2)國家基金委"優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金"項(xiàng)目獲得者或具有相當(dāng)水平者;
(3)教育部“長江學(xué)者青年學(xué)者” 入選專家或具有相當(dāng)水平者;
(4)入選科技部“中青年科技創(chuàng)新領(lǐng)軍人才”或江蘇省"333高層次人才培養(yǎng)工程"二層次培養(yǎng)對象或相當(dāng)層次的人才。
海外應(yīng)聘者需在海外知名高校、科研機(jī)構(gòu)或知名企業(yè)研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)有正式教學(xué)或科研職位,且具備相當(dāng)于國內(nèi)高級職稱水平。
3.待遇和條件
(1)科研經(jīng)費(fèi):聘期內(nèi)提供科研經(jīng)費(fèi)400萬元(不含國家提供部分)。
(2)科研條件:提供不少于120m2實(shí)驗(yàn)室辦公用房,支持組建研究團(tuán)隊(duì),鼓勵領(lǐng)銜團(tuán)隊(duì)一并引進(jìn)。
(3)住房:一次性給予安家費(fèi)50萬元,或給予1萬元/月住房補(bǔ)貼。
(4)薪酬:人事關(guān)系正式進(jìn)編,實(shí)行年薪制,不低于30萬元/年,按月發(fā)放。
(5)其他:協(xié)助解決配偶工作安排,若無法安排可給予適當(dāng)生活補(bǔ)助。
杰出人才的工作條件和待遇實(shí)行"一人一策",根據(jù)人才情況,可在上述條件基礎(chǔ)上面議。
二、招聘流程
1. 報名與推薦
(1)應(yīng)聘者填寫并提交《江蘇省中國科學(xué)院植物研究所杰出人才引進(jìn)申請表》,并提交至江蘇中國科學(xué)院植物研究所人事教育處;
(2)提交附件材料(按下列順序):
身份證(護(hù)照);學(xué)位學(xué)歷證書(在國外取得學(xué)歷學(xué)位的需提供教育部留學(xué)服務(wù)中心出具的《國外學(xué)歷學(xué)位認(rèn)證書》);專業(yè)技術(shù)職稱證書或聘書;國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)機(jī)構(gòu)兼職材料、訪學(xué)經(jīng)歷材料、榮譽(yù)稱號證書;近5年主持承擔(dān)項(xiàng)目證明材料、第一作者代表論文或著作、成果獎勵證書、專利證書;入選人才計(jì)劃證書及其他證明學(xué)術(shù)水平的相關(guān)材料等復(fù)印件;
(3)三位同行知名專家推薦信。

2. 面試與考核
確定參加面試的候選人須進(jìn)行面試答辯,應(yīng)聘人用多媒體(PPT)介紹個人基本情況、科研工作業(yè)績成果、應(yīng)聘工作設(shè)想和自身優(yōu)勢與不足等方面。
3. 聘用
經(jīng)研究所確定聘用后,雙方簽訂正式合同,辦理相關(guān)聘用手續(xù),首次聘用合同期限一般不少于5年。

Recruitment of Excellent Scientists at home and abroad at the Institute of Botany, Jiangsu Province and Chinese Academy of Sciences
Located in Nanjing Zhongshan Mountain National Park, East China’s Jiangsu Province, the Institute of Botany, Jiangsu Province and Chinese Academy of Sciencesand Nanjing Botanical Garden Memorial Sun Yat-sen is a comprehensive botanical research institution established jointly by Jiangsu Provincial Government and the Chinese Academy of Sciences. As one of the topmost research center in the central and northern subtropical floras of China, the Institute has a particular focus on conservation, sustainable utilization of plant resources, innovation and service of botanical science and technology, as well as education and plant culture communication, which conducts research projects on conservation and breeding of rare and endangered plants, and on the innovative efficient utilization and extension of important economic plants varieties.
The Botanical Society of Jiangsu Province, the Association of Blueberry industry of Jiangsu Province and the professional Committee of Plant Environment and Diversity, Chinese Society for Environmental Sciences are affiliated to the Institute. Furthermore, we are the vice chairman member of the Chinese Botanical Garden Union (CUBG), a member of the International Association of Botanic Gardens (IABG), Botanic Gardens Conservation International (BGCI), the Working Committee for Botanical Gardens of Chinese Academy of Sciences, China Biodiversity Conservation and Green Development Foundation. In recent years, the Institute is maintaining an exchange program for seeds, specimens and books with over 600 institutions from more than 60 countries.
In consonance with the 13th Five-Year Plan (2016-2020), the Institute adheres to the concept of devoting herself to building a botanical institution of international influence and reputation in our country by making new and innovative contribution to the development of a New Jiangsu with a strong and vibrant economy, beautiful environment and high degree of social civilization. The institute intends to achieve these goals by strengthening its research capabilities, innovative and integrative developments. The institute is at present focusing on new opportunities for growth and is putting together leading talents that will enhance the achievement of its goals and objectives (big research teams and big projects). We are now seeking for high-end talents both at home and abroad to develop and conduct innovative basic and/or translational research in the following areas:
1.Positions and requirements:
A)Research field
(1) Botany

B)Recruitment requirements
Applicants must not be more than 45 years old, healthy, having obtained a PhD degree in a prestigious university in China or abroad, have held formal teaching or research positions in prestigious universities, research institutes or R&D institutes, having professional and technical position, profound academic achievements, strong sense of responsibility, good personal quality, professional dedication, team spirit and have the ability to lead a multidisciplinary team to carry out major scientific and technological innovative work as well as meeting any of the following conditions:
(1) Selected as an expert of “Recruitment program of young overseas high-level talents” (“1000 young talents program”) or any equivalent level;
(2) Gainer of National Science Fund for Excellent Young Scholars (National “outstanding youth”) or those at any equivalent level;
(3) Those selected as experts in“Chang Jiang scholars program” young scholars program (Chang Jiang young scholars) of the Ministry of Education or those at any equivalent level;
(4) Those selected as "Leading Young and Middle-aged Talents in Scientific and Technological Innovation" of the Ministry of Science and Technology or trainees at Level Two in "333 High-level Talent Training Project" of the Jiangsu Province or the talents at any equivalent level.
Overseas candidates are required to have formal teaching or scientific research positions in well-known overseas universities, scientific research institutions or R&D institutions at a level equivalent to domestic senior professional titles.
C)Treatment and conditions
(1) Funding for scientific research: 4 million Yuan would be provided as a scientific research funding during the employment period (excluding the part provided by the state).
(2) Science and research conditions: A laboratory office space (not less 120 m2, support for the formation of a research team).
(3) Housing: A one-time settlement fee of 500,000 Yuan, or 10,000 Yuan / month housing subsidies would be provided.
(4) Compensation: personnel relations will be formally established and an annual salary system will be adopted. The annual salary of not less than 300,000 Yuan, which will be paid monthly.
(5) Others: assistance will be given for the settlement of spouse's employment or appropriate living allowance will be granted if arrangement fails.
"One person one policy" is adopted for the working conditions and for the treatment of high-end talents. Negotiations would be welcomed based on the specific circumstance of each applicant.
2.Recruitment process
A)Registration and recommendation
Applicants are required to fill and submit an application form to the Department of Personnel and Education of Institute of Botany, Jiangsu Province and Chinese Academy of Sciences;
Along with the application form, applicants shall submit the following materials (in the following order):
ID card (passport); diploma and academic degree certificates (Foreign Education and Degree Recognition Certificate issued by the Service Center for Scholarly Exchange of the Ministry of Education shall be submitted for the academic degree and certificates acquired in foreign country); certificates of professional and technical title or letter of appointment; materials of part-time job in academic institutions at home and abroad), visiting study experience materials, honorary title certificates; credentials for projects hosted or undertaken in the last 5 years; representative papers/articles as the first author, achievement awards certificates, patent as the first author; photocopies of selected talent program certificates and other relevant materials proving the talents’ academic level.
Reference letters from three well-known experts.
For domestic candidates, please submit one hard copy of the above-mentioned reference letters as well as the electronic version. The attached materials should be converted into PDF file in the order mentioned above. Foreign (overseas) candidates may submit electronic versions of the above materials by e-mail.
B)Interview and examination
The shortlisted candidates would be required to take part in an interview process via multimedia platform (PPT), the candidates shall introduce their basic personal information, scientific research achievements, and other relevant information which could be beneficial for their application.
C)Employment
After the Institute has confirmed the employment, the two sides shall sign a formal contract, and go through the relevant employment procedures. The contract period for the first employment is generally not less than 5 years.
3.Period of validity of recruitment
This recruitment information is valid from the date of release until are the required positions are filled.
