長(zhǎng)春工業(yè)大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)管理學(xué)院始建于1962年，前身為管理工程系，是改革開(kāi)放前全國(guó)設(shè)置管理專業(yè)的17所院校之一。1993年管理工程系更名為工商管理學(xué)院，2014年更名為經(jīng)濟(jì)管理學(xué)院。57年來(lái)，歷經(jīng)幾代人的辛勤耕耘，學(xué)院不斷發(fā)展壯大，教學(xué)與科研水平顯著提高，已成為吉林省省屬重點(diǎn)大學(xué)中規(guī)模較大、學(xué)科設(shè)置較為齊全、師資力量雄厚、綜合實(shí)力較強(qiáng)的經(jīng)管類學(xué)院。
學(xué)院有應(yīng)用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、管理科學(xué)與工程2個(gè)一級(jí)學(xué)科碩士學(xué)位授予權(quán)，2個(gè)學(xué)科均為吉林省“十三五”特色高水平學(xué)科（優(yōu)勢(shì)特色B類）；有工商管理碩士（MBA）、會(huì)計(jì)碩士（MPAcc）、金融碩士（MF）3個(gè)專業(yè)碩士學(xué)位授權(quán)；有國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)與貿(mào)易、金融學(xué)、工商管理、信息管理信息系統(tǒng)、會(huì)計(jì)學(xué)、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、電子商務(wù)、財(cái)務(wù)管理8個(gè)本科專業(yè)，及工商管理雙學(xué)位專業(yè)項(xiàng)目；在籍碩士研究生350余人，本科生2500余人，是學(xué)校本科生、研究生規(guī)模最大的學(xué)院。
學(xué)院擁有吉林產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展與企業(yè)環(huán)境研究中心、吉林省汽車(chē)文化研究中心、圖們江區(qū)域多邊合作研究中心3個(gè)省級(jí)人文社科重點(diǎn)研究基地。近5年來(lái)，學(xué)院承擔(dān)國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金、國(guó)家社會(huì)科學(xué)基金、國(guó)家軟科學(xué)計(jì)劃重大項(xiàng)目、教育部人文社科規(guī)劃項(xiàng)目以及其他省部級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目120余項(xiàng)，發(fā)表高水平學(xué)術(shù)論文130余篇，獲得省部級(jí)以上科研獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)30余項(xiàng)。
學(xué)院擁有省級(jí)實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)示范中心（經(jīng)濟(jì)管理實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)中心）1個(gè)；擁有省級(jí)優(yōu)秀教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)（金融與投資、國(guó)際貿(mào)易、電子商務(wù)）3個(gè)；擁有吉林省創(chuàng)新團(tuán)隊(duì)1個(gè)；擁有吉林省“十二五”特色專業(yè)（金融學(xué)）1個(gè)，吉林省“十三五”品牌專業(yè)（金融學(xué)）1個(gè)，吉林省“十三五”特色高水平專業(yè)（金融學(xué)，優(yōu)勢(shì)特色A類）1個(gè)，吉林省一流專業(yè)（金融學(xué)）1個(gè)；擁有吉林省精品課程（《金融工程學(xué)》、《財(cái)務(wù)管理》）2門(mén)，擁有省級(jí)優(yōu)秀課程（《電子商務(wù)》等）12門(mén)。近5年來(lái)，學(xué)院承擔(dān)省級(jí)以上教學(xué)研究項(xiàng)目50余項(xiàng)，獲得吉林省高等教育教學(xué)成果獎(jiǎng)特等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)、一等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)，三等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)，其他省級(jí)以上教學(xué)獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)20余項(xiàng)。
目前，學(xué)院有教職工104人，其中專任教師86人。專任教師中博士生導(dǎo)師2人；教授18人，副教授32人；校內(nèi)碩士研究生導(dǎo)師55人，校外碩士研究生導(dǎo)師100人；博士學(xué)位教師34人；吉林省學(xué)科建設(shè)工程優(yōu)秀中青年骨干教師1人，吉林省跨世紀(jì)學(xué)術(shù)帶頭人后備人選1人，吉林省新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才1人，吉林省教學(xué)名師1人，吉林省高�？蒲�“春苗人才”2人。中青年教師已成為教學(xué)、科研的中堅(jiān)力量，形成了一支結(jié)構(gòu)趨于優(yōu)化、素質(zhì)較高、老中青相結(jié)合的師資隊(duì)伍。
學(xué)院高度重視黨建與思想政治工作，突出黨建引領(lǐng)，傳承紅色基因，構(gòu)建了經(jīng)管領(lǐng)域“三全育人”新體系。學(xué)院多次榮獲全國(guó)“文明班級(jí)”、吉林省高校學(xué)生思想政治工作先進(jìn)單位、長(zhǎng)春市先進(jìn)基層團(tuán)委、長(zhǎng)春市高校文明杯先進(jìn)基層單位、長(zhǎng)春市高校系統(tǒng)先進(jìn)基層黨組織等榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)。
學(xué)院將以適應(yīng)學(xué)校向教學(xué)研究型大學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)型為導(dǎo)向，強(qiáng)化“創(chuàng)造品牌，特色立院”的基本原則，著力提升學(xué)院的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，實(shí)現(xiàn)學(xué)院教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量、學(xué)科專業(yè)層次、科學(xué)研究水平和服務(wù)社會(huì)能力的全面提升。為創(chuàng)建國(guó)內(nèi)同類院校中經(jīng)濟(jì)與管理學(xué)科專業(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ)、協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展、區(qū)域特色鮮明、一流的經(jīng)管類學(xué)院而不懈努力。
School of Economics and Management
The School of Economics and Management of Changchun University of Technology was founded in 1962, formerly known as the Department of Management Engineering, and it was one of the 17 institutions that set up management major before the reform and opening up. The Department of Management Engineering was renamed the School of Business Administration in 1993, and it was renamed the School of Economics and Management in 2014. Over the past 57 years, after great efforts of several generations, the College has been growing and developing, and the level of teaching and scientific research has been significantly improved. It has become an economic and management college with large scale, complete discipline settings, strong faculty and strong comprehensive strength in the key universities affiliated to Jilin Province.
The College has the right to grant Master's Degree in Applied Economics and Management Science & Engineering. Both disciplines are all high-level disciplines featured in the 13th Five-Year Plan in Jilin Province(Advantages Class B), and has three professional Master's Degree Authorizations namely MBA, MPACC, MF. The College has 8 undergraduate majors including International Economy and Trade, Finance, Business Administration, Information Management and Information System, Accounting, Marketing, E-Commerce, Financial Management, and a double-degree program in Business Administration. There are more than 350 registered postgraduate students and more than 2,500 undergraduates, making it the largest college in students scales.
The College has three provincial key research bases for Humanities and Social Sciences, including Jilin Industrial Development and Enterprise Environment Research Center, Jilin Automobile Culture Research Center, and Tumen River Regional Multilateral Cooperation Research Center. In the past five years, the college has undertaken more than 120 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation, the National Social Science Fund, the National Soft Science Program, the Ministry of Education Humanities and Social Sciences, and other provincial and ministerial research projects, having published more than 130 high-level academic papers, and received more than 30 research awards at the provincial and ministerial levels.
The College has one provincial experimental teaching demonstration center (economic management experimental teaching center), three provincial-level excellent teaching teams (finance and investment, international trade, e-commerce), one innovation team in Jilin Province, one “12th Five-Year”characteristic specialty (finance) in the Jilin Province, one "13th Five-Year" brand specialty (finance) in Jilin Province, one "13th Five-Year" high-level specialty (finance,Advantages A) in Jilin Province, one first-class specialty (finance) in Jilin Province, 2 quality courses in Jilin Province ("Financial Engineering" and "Financial Management"), 12 provincial-level excellent courses (E-Commerce, etc.). In recent five years, the college has undertaken more than 50 teaching research projects at or above the provincial level, and won one special prize, one first prize and one third prize for the Higher Education Teaching Achievement Award of Jilin Provinces, and more than 20 other teaching awards above the provincial level.
At present, the College has 104 faculty members, including 86 full-time teachers. There are 2 doctoral supervisors, 18 professors and 32 associate professors among the full-time teachers, 55 postgraduate supervisors in the university, 100 postgraduate supervisors outside the university, 34 teachers with doctoral degree, 1 outstanding middle-aged and young backbone teacher of Discipline Construction Project in Jilin province, 1 candidate for cross-century academic leaders in Jilin Province, 1 outstanding talents in the new century in Jilin Province, 1 famous teacher of teaching in Jilin province, 2 "Spring Seedling Talents" of scientific research in universities in Jilin province. Young and middle-aged teachers have become the backbone of teaching and scientific research, forming a faculty team with optimized structure, high quality with the combination of the old, middle-aged and young.
The College attaches great importance to Party building and ideological and political work, highlights the leadership of Party building, inherits red genes, and constructs a new system of "three-integrity education" in the field of economy and management. The College has repeatedly won the national “civilized class”, such as “Advanced unit of ideological and political work of college students in Jilin province”, “Advanced grass-roots League Committee of Changchun City”, “Advanced grass-roots unit of civilized cup of College in Changchun City”and“Advanced grass-roots Party organization of Changchun university system and other honorary titles”.
Guided by the transformation of the university into a teaching and research-oriented university and the basic principle of "Create Brand, Distinctive College”, the College will strive to enhance the core competitiveness of the College and realize the overall improvement of the high quality of education and teaching, the high level of discipline and specialty, the high level of scientific research and the ability of serving the society. We will make unremitting efforts to create a first-class economics and management college with complementary advantages, coordinated development, distinct regional characteristics in the disciplines of economics and management in similar domestic colleges and universities.
